She is survived by: her son James Wyant (Alanna); her son-in-law Sam Hicks; her grandchildren, Monica Rogers (Tom), Greg Hicks (Sarah), Jamie Holbert (Derek), Jodie Wyant and James Wyant (Kristi); her great grandchildren, Samantha Rogers, Allison McWhorter (Hunter), Natalie Kemper (Isaac), Solomon, Naomie Holbert, Lincoln, Luke and Levi Wyant; her great great grandchildren, Izzy Byrd, Knox, Ellie McWhorter and Camden Kemper; and her siblings, Lorena Arnold, Richard Miller (Virginia) and Col. John Miller (Kathy).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in honor of Norma's beloved dogs, Frisky and Scamper, be made to: Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility and mailed to: 318 Mud Lick Rd., Buckhannon, WV, 26201.
