He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Guy Hyde and Sarah Sandy Hyde; and his siblings, Oren Guy Hyde Jr. and Kathy Hyde Stout. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Yates Hyde; his children, Michael Hyde Jr. (Jamie Miller), Jennifer McGrew (Steven) and Cynthia Hyde (Matthew Heckert); his grandchildren, Michael "Trey" Hyde III, Matthew Hyde, Taylor Weese, Tyler Weese, Landon McGrew, Bethany Heckert, Lorelei Heckert, Able Heckert and Anson Heckert; his siblings, Virgil Hyde (Loretta), Clyde Hyde (Ann West), Karen Hovermale (Leo), Dianne Stout, Becky Hyde and Mark Hyde; and his nephews, Scott and Jeff Hyde. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
