She is survived by: her sister Pamela G Lewis (Ronald Davisville); her nephew Jason Lewis (Jamie); her great-niece Jordyn; her siblings-in-law, Lola Tate of Abingdon, VA and Brad Tate (Diana); her stepdaughters, Debbie Tate and Becky Tate Burns (Bill); her stepgrandchildren, Toni Marie Conliff and William Burns; her cousins, Geri Grago and Patty LaVay; and also, Tom and Susan Bailey.
