She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey W. Shackleford and Ella May Ables Shackleford; her sons, Geoffrey Lang and Gregory Lee Harrison; her husband Gary W. Starcher; and her siblings, Gilbert Shackleford, Mavis Lowther and Violet Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lynn Harrison (Missy Lattea) of Weston and Gail Wilfong (Gary) of Cheat Lake; her daughters-in-law, Mary McCoy (Dave) of Weston and Lisa Harrison of Lost Creek; her grandchildren, Logan Harrison (Lindsey), Gary I. Harrison (Dani), Alexis Harrison (Danny Lites), Robert Jones III, Johnathan Menendez, Rylee McCoy, Brooklynn Harrison (EJ Sayas), Hannah Harrison (Bryson Knight) and Tyler Goldsmith (Kristen Frashure); and her great grandchildren, Gannon, Raelynn, Mya, Brent, Oaklynn, Harper and Ella. She is also survived by five brothers; four sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
