She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Alvy L., Patricia Butcher of Jane Lew and William E. Butcher of Copley. She is survived by: her parents, John Kevin and Susan Dawn Butcher of Jane Lew; her brothers, John Kevin Butcher II and Alden Kent Butcher; her sibling-in-law Micah Irene; her niece Eliza Rae; her nephew Collier David; and her grandmother Dorothy Jean Butcher of Weston.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Patrick Catholic School at 224 Center Avenue Weston, WV 26452.
