He was predeceased by: his parents, Irven Tolliver and Elma Tolliver; and his brother Danny Tolliver. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tolliver of Roanoke; his children, Kenneth Ray Tolliver (Becky) of Roanoke, Randy Tolliver of Buckhannon, Beverly Zickefoose (Chris) of Buckhannon and Trey Lockhart (Tonya); his siblings, Linda Matheny of Mt. Zion, Donna Jeffco (Ron) of Buckhannon, Terry Tolliver (Pam) of Dillwyn, VA, Roger Tolliver (Ruth) of Rock Cave, David Tolliver (Alice) of Rock Cave and Maxie Johnson (Howard) of Buckhannon; and his stepchildren, Connie Simons of Clarksburg, Lisa Stutler (Tim) and Bart Lundell (Anita) of Salem. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven grandchildren.
