She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Forrest Parmer; and her brother Randall Lee Parmer. She is survived by: her parent Anna Mae Morrison Parmer; her spouse Kenneth Joe Parmer; her children, Regena Mae Parmer (Daniel Messenger) of Sassafras, Margaret Ann Montgomery (Roger Lee Rowan) of Buckhannon and Jim Montgomery (April) of Camden; her grandchildren, Johnny Lee Rowan and Cassie Lynn Walton; her stepson Ryan Lee Parmer (Jeanna) of Weston; her stepgrandchildren, Ezekiel Parmer, Addison Parmer and Zoey Parmer; her great grandchild Kaytlynn Cole; her significant other Minpin; and also, Susan Beer (Paul) of Weston, Judith Riffle of Rocky Fork, Brenda Williams of Charleston and Russell Franklin Parmer (Susan) of Weston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
