He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Zebb Dills and Minnie May Bunch Dills; his wife Flossie Marie Trent Dills (James); and his sister Marie Radabaugh. He is survived by: his children, Helen Jenkins (Milton) of Jane Lew, James Dills Jr. (Rebecca Wilson) of Jane Lew, Anita Evans (Joe) of Good Hope and Alice Marie Shortridge of Clarksburg; and his pet Pepee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
