He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Vaughn Barnette and Dorotha Rose Perkins Barnette; his children, Jeff Barnette (Sandra) of Lost Creek, Bob Barnette (Cecil) of Jane Lew, Rita Barnette of Jane Lew and Matthew Barnette (Joanna) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jennifer, Jerrod, Bobby II, Crystal, Tyke, Tyler Brooke, Marcus, Madison and Ella; his siblings, Doug Barnette (Shirley) of Steubenville, OH and Charlotte Ann Masoner (Stan) of Jane Lew; and his son Jackie W. Barnette II. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
