He is survived by: his wife Pat Bush; his children, Fonda Bush (Charlie Aspinall), Jeffrey Bush (Michelle), Deanna Sue Ohwevwo (Onoriode), Tammy Kay Ryan Ruble (Tom Dougal) and Terry Lynn Ryan Coffman (Dave); his siblings, Russell Scott "Rusty" Bush (Linda), Barbara Jo Byrd, Doris Valentine and Sharon Ferguson; and his brother-in-law James Aman. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
