He was predeceased by: his father Richard Horner. He is survived by: his mother Bridgette Pauline Sprouse Horner of Weston; his wife Jerene Sprouse of Weston; his children, Jennifer L. Felder of Weston and Gary A. Sprouse of Weston; his grandchildren, Julius Church, Latrell Jones, Trapper Sprouse and Ethan Wentzel; and his siblings, Terry Sprouse (Denise) of Westfield, Sharon Coleman (Danny) of Weston, Shirley Horner of Weston and Eugene Horner of Weston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made directly to Pat Boyle Funeral Home PO Box 569, Jane Lew, WV 26378, to aid with final expenses.
