It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Hutson (Jane Lew, West Virginia), born in Walkersville, West Virginia, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Law and Stella E. Harold Law; her spouse Chesley Fay Hutson; and her cousins, Billy Harold and Bernice Spaur.
She is survived by: her cousins, Dixon Law of Crawford, Belle Walker of California and Linda Ripetta of Virginia; her sons, Marvin "Ray" Swiger (Carolyn Sue) of Weston and Bill White (Nancy) of Camden; and her close friends, Marguerite Myers of Jane Lew, Diane Boggs of Weston, Pat, Barbara Ammons of Horner, Carlton and Rosemary Waldrop.
While Irene deserves a beautiful tribute, this is an unknown time with the COVID-19 pandemic.
