He is survived by: his parent Shirley Ann Shreve Batten; his spouse Pamela Kay Daniels; his son Michael Batten (Aimee) of Mount Clare; his brother Allen Burdell Batten (Diane) of Weston; his aunt Patricia Ocheltree of Buckhannon; and his significant other German. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his best friend.
