He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ronald Adkins and Thelma Marie Stout Adkins; and his siblings, William D. Adkins, Neva Ferandez and Martha Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Nemire; and his brothers, Robert Adkins of Weston and Glendale Adkins (Sandy) of Windsor, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
