It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Ireland (Jane Lew, West Virginia), born in Gilmer, West Virginia, who passed away on March 29, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ola Aman Woofter; her son Thomas Michael "Huck" Ireland; and also, Edna Lamb, Eleanor Huddleston, Roy Woofter and Charles Woofter.
She is survived by: her parent Emlia Gay Rexroad Woofter; her wife Charlotte of Horner; her brother Elbert Woofter (Pauline) of Clarksburg; and also, James Roger Ireland (Kathy) of Vadis, Betty Jo Gum (Donnie) of Churchville and Raymond Earl Ireland (Susan) of Weston. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
