She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Fultz and Eleanor Lee Flanagan Fultz; her husband Homer "David" Gaines; and her son David "Keith" Gaines. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
