He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend William Joseph Radcliff and Cathleen Wanita Moyer Radcliff; his brother Randall William Radcliff; and his close friend Quincy. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lowther (Matt), Duane Radcliff (Melonie Henke) and Whitney Knight (DJ); his sister Sharon Radcliff See (Larry); his sister-in-law Sharon Smith; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In 1972 he donated a kidney to his brother Randy who had a full life from this unique gift.
