She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McHenry Hebb and Bessie Pearl Phillips Hebb; and her sisters, Nancy Kay Hitt and Sharon Lea Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Jo Butcher (Linn), Karen Sue Wise, Leola Gwen Brandli (Deward Jenkins), Jerry Albert Hebb (Cindy), Phyllis Faye Wanstreet and Patricia "Patty" Ann Lafferty; and her brother-in-law Eugene "Buddy" Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
