He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blake; his children, Kim Feather (Shane) of Weston, Lisa Moody (Andy) of Weston, Brandy Blake of Weston and Thomas Blake (Jennie) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Kristi Squires (Matthew Dabson), Joshua Squires (Mara), Amber Dotson (Craig) and Chaylee Ferrainola (Justin); his great grandchildren, Audrey, Elijah, Isaiah Dotson and Harleen Squires; and his siblings, Stephen Blake, Alan Blake (Osie) of Buckhannon, Debbie Sholes of Pricetown, Danny Blake, Sr. (Michele Chipps) of Weston and Carla Wyant of Kitsonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
