He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Ollie Mae Conrad Ratliff; and his siblings, Robert Conrad, William, Lewis, Tom, Ernest, Lane Ratliff and Dorothy Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lea Wimer Ratliff; his children, Jonathon Ratliff, Dennis Ratliff, Rebecca Ratliff, Lori Walker (Bubby), Cindy Neville and Rita Cunningham; his grandchildren, Alek Bragg, Tyler Knight, Emily Walker, Amanda Shinn, Pam Brown (Dusty), Peg Shinn, David Shinn and Jacob Cunningham; and his siblings, Virginia Conley and Alva Ratliff (Pauline). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
