He is survived by: his wife Joan Nettie Leavitt of Jane Lew; his daughters, Debbie Berger of Coeur and Bonnie Berger of Arizona; his stepson Ray Berger (Christine Dunaway) of Jane Lew; and his sister Judy "Julia" Reynolds of Indiana.
