He was predeceased by: his parents, John Randolph and Lela Pearl King Owens; his grandson Kaleb Wilfong; and his siblings, Geraldine Strait, Edmond Owens, Junior Owens, Laura Pearl Waybright, Jim Owens, Gertrude Forte, Roy Owens, Susan Wallis and Norma Holt.
He is survived by: his spouse Genevie "Jenny" Watring; his daughters, Kathy Marsh (Mike) of Jane Lew and Kimberly Boyce (Kenny) of Bruceton Mills; his grandchildren, Jessica Rhodes (Danny) of Parsons, Owen Fansler (Alexandra) of Bruceton Mills, Erin Pethtel (Jamie) of New Matamoras, Brennon Marsh (Kathy) of Parsons and BreAnne Marsh of Parsons; his great grandchildren, Damian, Delainey Rhodes, Allison Fansler, Eli, Emma Pethel, BraiLynn, Bryson Marsh and PresLeigh Rosenau; and his siblings, Melvin Owens of St. George, Bruce Owens (Carol) of St. George and Jean Myers (Richard) of St. George.
