With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Cooper (Jane Lew, West Virginia), born in Columbia City, Indiana, who passed away on May 10, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Loren Korea Mosher; and her siblings, Beverly Chase and Marshall Mosher. She is survived by: her parent Fawn Loree Grable Mosher; her spouse Allan Douglas "Doug" Cooper; her daughters, Kimala J. Rayworth (Fred) of Las Vegas, NV and Falina A. Henline (Willard) of Weston; her grandchildren, Rhonda Rayworth Raulston, Brook Rayworth, Jared Henline and Kenneth Henline; and her sister Carolyn Shiver of New River.

Family and friends will gather for a Graveside Service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Mitchell Cemetery in Roanoke.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jackson Memorial Community Center PO Box 770 Jane Lew, WV 26378.

“Just found out about Darlene's passing.. What a joy it was working with her in the OIG at VA in Austin. She helped us carve out a future both by helping to push back to get more office space and also to get us some used furniture until we could get some orders in.. Most days (yes, there were others when she was not as perky), the smile just stayed on her face and we so needed that.. God bless you Darlene. Emil Balusek”
