He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weston and Mary Weston; his daughter Charlene Bates; and his brothers, William and James Weston.
He is survived by: his son Charles "Todd" Weston of Rutherfordton, NC; his grandson Charles Thomas Weston; his brothers, Wayne Weston of Texas and Cliff Weston of Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Weston and Kay Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
