It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Anthony Lewis Perkins (Jane Lew, West Virginia), born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Freda Perkins; his grandparents, Charles E. and Mary Perkins; his aunt Martha Hardin Palamore; and his uncle Martin Cox.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob (Jada Heater), Keyan Daugherty of Weston and Matthew Kemper of Weston; his granddaughter Natalie Taylor; and his aunt Ruth Cox of Herdon, VA. He is also survived by several cousins and distant relatives.
