She is survived by: her parents, Russell Forrest and Anna Mae Morrison Parmer; her sister Janet Pramer; her husband Jeremie Williams; her daughters, Brandy Roberts of Grantsville, WV and Becky Keener (Phillip) of Grantsville, WV; and her siblings, Judy Riffle of Rocky Fork, WV, Susan Beer (Paul) of Weston and Russell Parmer (Susan). She is also survived by three grandchildren.
