He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Frances Pratt and Mary Jane Boram Pratt; and his siblings, Janice Bowyer and Ralph Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pratt; his children, Christy Pratt Lipps (Rocky) of Weston, Ginger Knight of Jane Lew, Ashley Pratt of Weston, Britney Godfrey of Weston, Billy Pratt, Jr. of Weston, Alivia Friend of Weston and Karli Friend of Weston; and his siblings, Shirley Collins, Linda Ryan and Juney Pratt of Weston. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
