She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cherne and Mabel Wagner Cherne; and her sister Donna Woolard. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Goldsmith, Jr. (Jaime), Debra Goldsmith Cullen and Michael Goldsmith; her grandchildren, Dakota, Isabella, Kassidy Goldsmith, John, Michael and Caroline Cullen; and her brother Jess Quarrels (Karen) of Mississippi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to Hope Inc., P.O. Box 626, Fairmont, WV 26554.
