She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Smith of Jane Lew; her daughters, Sherry Lantz (Donnie) of Lexington, KY and Wendy Stuart (Ted) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Kayla Alice Lantz (Karl Golian), Kyndra Carr (Nick), Kelsey Crawford (Ken) and Barrett Stuart; her great grandchild Kennedy Carr; her siblings, Judy McVicker (Jerry) of Morgantown and Charlie Lemley (Debbie) of Morgantown; and her sister-in-law Wendy Herko (John) of Mt. Juliet, TN.
