He is survived by: his mother Teresa Louise Murphy Dills (Rich Adams) of Lost Creek; his daughter Athena Dills of French Creek; his sister Haley Adams of Lost Creek; and his aunts and uncles, Pat Blair (Terry), Cathy Exline, Mary Adkins (Lee), Mike Murphy, Roy Murphy (Joyce) and Matt Murphy (Tina).
