He is survived by: his parent Angela Darlene Beam Zastawniak; his spouse Taylor Crow; his children, Cayleigh Zastawniak of North Carolina, Waylun Zastawniak and Owen Zastawniak; his brother Lloyd Michael Zastawniak of Jane Lew; and also Candice Parks of Elkins.
