He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jane Hayes; his sons, Scott Michael (Ellie), James Julian (Leslie) of St. Clairsville, OH and Chad Anthony (Jennifer) of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Jonas, Joel, Marissa, Alaina, Alyssa, Camden and Kynlee; and his siblings, Vivian Coghlan (Tom) of Cambridge, MD and Skud (Nancy).
