He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lemasters and Violet D. Starkey Lemasters; his daughter Jessica Lemasters; and his brothers, Robert and Danny Lee Lemasters.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jacklyn Lemasters and Gerald Wayne Lemasters Jr.; his grandchildren, Kolby, Payton and Adalyn; and his brothers, Charlie Lemasters (Karen) and William Lemasters (Terri).
