He is survived by: his wife Massie Bartlett (Yoho); his children, Craig Bartlett of East Liverpool, Graig Bartlett of East Liverpool, Deborah Yeager of East Liverpool and Rhonda Ripley of South Carolina; and his sister Helen Bayless of Columbus.
