He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Lee Kelley, Sr. and Janette Christine Rexroad Oldaker; and his grandparents, Ilene, William Rexroad and Mona Mae Kelley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brittany Helmick (James "Spankey" Smith) of Weston, Tyauna Lough of Weston, Electa Kelley (Jason Kincaid) of Ireland, Frankie Kelley Jr. of Weston, James Kelley of Weston and Elmer Kelley of Weston; his stepfather Pat Oldaker of Ireland; his nieces and nephews, Elonna, Gabrielle, Lacy, Bentley, Jebadiah, Rider, Chase, Quentin and Damian; and his close friend Sara Bleigh.
