He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Claypoole and Irene Finegan Claypoole; his wife Linda Colleen Wilmer Claypoole; his grandson Kieran Ray Claypoole; and his brother Earl Claypoole.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Claypoole of Ireland and Jamie E. Claypoole (Sherri) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandsons, Jimmy McFarland, Edward Claypoole and Jamie L. Claypoole; his great grandchild Gracie Smith; and his siblings, Roger, Dave, Steve, Ronnie, Jim Claypoole, Charlene Ware (Johnnie) and Sandy Claypoole.
