She is survived by: her parent Rada Kincaid Forinash; her siblings, Mabel Thompson of Canton, OH, Janet Ruland of Saegertown, PA and Delmar "Jack" Forinash of Albion, PA; and her close friends, Carl Watson (Rita) and Keith Boggs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
