He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wade and Mary Arminta Allen Ratliff; and his brother Alan Wade Ratliff. He is survived by: his daughter Chrystal Skinner (Ronald Pearson) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Adrian Skinner and Sydney Pearson; his siblings, Polly Teter of Pigeon Roost, Dorothy Mae Voshell (Jack) of Dover, DE, Charlotte Ann Marple (Junior) of Ireland, Connie Bailey (Jim) of Weston and Jerry Ratliff (Carmen) of Ireland; his close friends, Heather Nuzum and Billy Helmick; and his friend Patches.
