She is survived by: her husband James "Red" Richard Allman; her children, Nathan Smith of Alum Bridge, WV, Victor Smith (Kasey) of Clarksburg, WV and Melissa Basurto (Angel) of Shelbyville, TN; her grandchildren, Heather, Alycia, Emily, Victoria, Kent, Anthony and Abby; her stepgrandchildren, Melaina and Anisa; and her siblings, Ken Mullins (Jean) of Florida, Nancy Charles (Jack) of Virginia, Sam Mullins of West Virginia, Dan Mullins of West Virginia, Darris "Dick" Mullins of Ohio, Lynn Young (Earl) of West Virginia and Jessie Mullins of Ohio.
