She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Niebur and Genevieve Hall Niebur; and her brother Jay Niebur. She is survived by: her children, Gary Stephen Morrow of Inwood and Debra Jean Morrow of Montgomery Village, MD; her grandchildren, Melissa Morrow, James Morrow and Amanda Perez; and her brother Howard Niebur. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
