She was predeceased by: her father John Howard Gilroy; her husband James Donald Courtney; her siblings, Scott Gilroy and Metha Gearhart; and her brother-in-law Daniel Myers, Sr..
She is survived by: her mother Geraldine Sarah Kitchen Gilroy; her children, Gabriel Christopher Leonard-Courtney, Christina Leonard (Jimmy Easterday) and Samantha Renee Gilroy; her grandchildren, Jem, Jade, Jewel and Josie; and her sisters, Danise Butts (Jerry), Dana Myers and Tracy Gilroy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
