He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah L Carroll (Sammy Albaugh) of Falling Waters and Lisa Carroll of Knoxville, MD; his siblings, Glenda Carroll Jackson (Jerry) of Raphine, VA and David B. Carroll of Frederick, MD; his granddaughter Angelina Albaugh of Falling Waters; his former wife Barbara Nalley of Frederick, MD; his nieces, Jessica Pullen and Regina Parks; and his nephew Christopher Carroll.
