She is survived by: her parent Sidney Everhart Custer; her husband Marion "Butch" Welty; her son Scott Welty; her granddaughter Taylor Welty; her siblings, Craig Custer (Vickie), Donna Jones (Ken), Debbie Castleman (Donnie Ray) and Tammy Custer; and also April Rankin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
