He was predeceased by: his father Earl O'Brien. He is survived by: his mother Sharron Kiefer O'Brien; his son Colby O'Brien; and his siblings, Donovan O'Brien, Patrick O'Brien, Erin Faulconer, Heather Bright and Shannon Garcia.
