It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Starr of Inwood, West Virginia, born in Brunswick, Maryland, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Michael Starr; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Mona Strine, Barbara Reed, Richard, Jess, Frank and Brian Starr; and her sister Dinah Bentley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
