She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dillow of Washington and Bertie Mae Dillow (Penwell); and her significant other James M.. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin White (Joe) of Charles Town, Joy Grey (Jason) of Harpers Ferry, Trish Arana (Abel) of Martinsburg and Kelli Little (Dave) of Inwood; and her grandchildren, Brandon Rickard (Vanessa), Amber Nesselrodt (Josh), Marlaena Cruz Meadows (Mark), Sarah Muskett (Jason), Michael Little (Angelina), Blake Grey, Kellin Little and Maya. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
The family wishes that no flowers to be ordered. Memorial contributions may be made to The Martinsburg Rescue Mission or Jefferson County Community Ministries.
