She is survived by: her parents, Brenda Kay Lafollette Lewis (Mike) of Inwood and Roger Lee Campbell of Berryville, Virginia.; her sons, Jackson Scott and Jacob Slade Shanholtz of Shepherdstown; her significant other David Liller, Jr.; her siblings, Timmy Campbell (Leah Timmerman) of Inwood, Melissa Cline (Kevin) of Shepherdstown and Kathy Staubs (Eddie); her half-brothers, Roger of Kearneysville and Dewey Kriss of Kearneysville; and her stepsiblings, Ryan Lewis and Mandy Ferguson (Randy) of North Carolina.
