She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Reid and Anna Reid (Taylor); her sons, David Ganse and Jimmy Ganse; and her siblings, Barbara Reid, George, Edward and Sherman Reid.

She is survived by: her father-in-law Robert George Ganse; her children, Robert Ganse (Barbara), Donald Ganse (Cathy), Richard Ganse and Anne Ganse (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jennifer Beaudoin, John Scipione, Sam Ganse, Tim Ganse, Leah Ganse, Evan Ganse, Samantha Stine, Jamie Ganse and Alex Paxton; and her sister Pat Frost. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
