She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Hess; her husband James Collins; and her son Michael Paul McClendon. She is survived by: her mother Linda Gregory Johnson; her stepfather Henry S. Johnson; and her siblings, Steven Wayne Hess and Deborah Bohannan.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Home (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
