She was predeceased by: her mother Helen May Miller; and her husband Harry Lee Shade. She is survived by: her children, Donald L. Shade (Judith) of Bunker Hill, Brenda L. Orr (George W.) of Martinsburg, Tammy J. Ashton (Mike) of Shanghai and Robin G. McKee (Brian) of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Todd Shade, Bryan Moler, Jason McKee, Jennifer Cooper, Michael Ashton, Sara Dusing and Annie Orr; and her great grandchildren, Karter and Harper Moler.
